representing a 30% improvement in efficiency over the old plant.

National Geographic Channel has developed the highest caliber content in the industry dedicated to inspiring people to care about
the planet.
- Fox Home Entertainment partnered
with Wal-Mart to reduce the environmental impact of its DVDs and
pioneered eco-friendly DVD cases that are quickly becoming an industry
standard. Changes in packaging and transport resulted in a 5% reduction in
the DVD’s carbon footprint, including a 13% reduction in raw material consumption and
a 20% drop in transportation emissions.
- As part of its award-winning
One Degree program, Australia’s
News Limited has reduced its carbon footprint by 18% as of June 2010 through efficiency efforts and investment in renewable energy.
- "24,"
the Emmy award-winning series from Imagine and 20th Century Fox
Television, was the first-ever carbon neutral television
production. Through greener production practices, the show was able to
reduce its season 7 carbon footprint by 43%.
