Mr. Roger Ailes,
Chairman of Fox News Channel, has been appointed to the
additional position of Chairman of Fox Television Stations,
which includes Twentieth Television, producer of first-run
syndicated programming and distributor of off-network
programming.
Mr. Jack Abernethy, Chief Executive Officer of Fox
Television Stations, will report to Mr. Ailes, who will in
turn report to News Corporation’s Chairman and Chief
Executive Officer, Rupert Murdoch, and the Company’s
President and Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Peter Chernin.
